These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of K2S ProjectOS, operated by K2S Apps ("we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating a tenant workspace, inviting users, or accessing K2S ProjectOS in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.
K2S ProjectOS is a multi-tenant, cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform that provides:
Each subscribing organization ("Tenant") receives an isolated workspace with a dedicated database and custom subdomain.
The Tenant Admin is responsible for managing user accounts within their organization's workspace, including inviting users, assigning roles, and controlling access to projects and data.
You are responsible for:
K2S ProjectOS is offered on a per-user, per-month subscription basis with volume-based pricing tiers. Current pricing is available on our website and may be updated with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers.
New tenants may be eligible for a 14-day free trial. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service.
Annual subscriptions are eligible for a pro-rated refund within the first 30 days. Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. Refund requests should be sent to [email protected].
You agree not to:
Your Data: You retain full ownership of all data entered into your tenant workspace, including timesheet entries, project information, user details, and reports. We do not claim any ownership rights over your content.
Data Export: You may export your data at any time through the platform's built-in export and reporting features.
Data Processing: We process your data solely to provide and improve the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.
The K2S ProjectOS platform, including its design, source code, algorithms, documentation, trademarks, and branding, is the exclusive property of K2S Apps. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property except the limited right to use the platform as a subscriber.
We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for the platform. However, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime caused by factors beyond our reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the platform or by contacting us at [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if:
Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days to allow for export. After 30 days, all tenant data is permanently deleted.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which K2S Apps operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to active subscribers via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
